The reach-for-over-everything jumper
100% superfine, soft Italian-spun wool, knitted into an elevated, transitional luxury staple.
More relaxed than the original, this knit has such a beautifully soft and elevated feminine drape that makes it perfect for dressing up or down. Our signature double-folded rib neck anchors the style.
Available in our classic Atlantic Grey, because sometimes it really is just about a great grey, crew neck jumper.
How does the WEEKEND RELAXED differ to the original WEEKEND?
Both are easy with a subtle slouch, but the key difference is that the WEEKEND RELAXED has a dropped sleeve (where the seam is on the arm) and overall is longer in the body and slightly wider across the body to give a more relaxed elevated drape. In contrast the WEEKEND has a raglan sleeve which means the sleeve extends in one piece fully to the collar - leaving a diagonal seam from the underarm to the collarbone. This type of sleeve is more in line with a traditional man's jumper, and it tends to give a little more structure to the knit.
If you're looking for a lighter-weight knit that is more relaxed and slouchy in shape, that can be dressed both up (we love it paired with a good maxi skirt) and down, then the WEEKEND RELAXED is the one for you.
How does the WEEKEND RELAXED differ to the RELAXED?
When it comes to fit, both the WEEKEND RELAXED and the RELAXED have the same, easy relaxed shape. The WEEKEND RELAXED is a lighter-weight knit made from our 100% Italian-spun superfine wool, knitted in a 12gg. Whereas our RELAXED is knitted in a mid-weight 7gg and made from 100% Scottish-spun lamb's wool.
100% superfine traceable wool
Crafted from 100% softly-spun Italian wool yarn and knitted in a lighter 12 gauge knit at our small factory in Portugal, where it is hand-finished and our skilled team of women, Anna, Vania and Olga check each piece.
This jumper is woollen-spun, giving the jumper its softness. The wool is fully traceable back to the farms and certified by Woolmark. It is spun and dyed at our family run mill in Italy. Read more about the Mill just here.
The wool is mulesing-free.
