The Details

A new LORTON shape knitted in our 100% locally-sourced British Bluefaced wool in a shade that's just as nature intended - Undyed Ecru.

With its five button funnel neck fastening, this jumper can be worn un-done and draped or buttoned up and folded for a more traditional funnel neck.

The shoulders have a subtle drop, giving the style that 'just the right amount' of slouch.

Made in Nottinghamshire, each piece is fully-fashioned - where each piece of the Henley is knitted separately and then linked together by hand and hand-finished. This means that not only is this knit of the highest quality, but that also there is minimal, often zero, waste.

England's finest wool

This jumper is made from 100% British Bluefaced Leicester wool. The Bluefaced Leicester sheep yields some of the finest fleeces of any British breed. A micron of 25 – which has a wonderful lustre, strength and drape.

Sourced exclusively from a collective of farms in the north west of England via Upland Yarns, this wool is spun in Yorkshire using just water and organic detergents, and enables us to create beautiful British knitwear from sheep to sweater within 300 miles.
