Current openings

This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic in mindset and hands-on in creative execution. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and Brand & Marketing Manager to support and deliver the brand’s direction across content, social, and community, translating high-level vision into thoughtful, impactful execution.

You’ll be deeply embedded in understanding the Navygrey customer and brand - using insights, engagement, and community interactions to help shape how the brand connects, grows, and nurtures long-term relationships and external presentation of the brand.

Key tasks include:

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Create innovative, cohesive branded content that tells a story and brings the Navygrey world to life across all touchpoints.
  • Support the creation of photo, video, and short-form content for both organic and paid channels, with an understanding of how creative requirements differ.
  • Create and adapt content specifically for paid social ad assets, ensuring clarity, impact, and efficiency while remaining true to brand aesthetics.
  • Ensure all content is elevated, considered, and aligned with Navygrey’s visual identity and brand values.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for Instagram captions, social content, website content, and paid social assets in the Navygrey tone of voice.
  • Work with the team to support on brand campaign and e-comm photoshoots – supporting the founder with both the organisation and vision.

Social Media & Channel Execution

  • Manage Navygrey’s social media channels on a day-to-day basis.
  • Execute the social content strategy in line with wider marketing campaigns and work with the small team to develop ideas and drive through exciting story telling.
  • Publish, schedule, and optimise content across platforms.
  • Actively engage with the community via comments, DMs, and story interactions.
  • Seek out new brand-fit opportunities – partnerships and activations to grow the external reach of the brand.

Insights, Data & Customer Understanding

  • Track and report on social and content performance.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform content, storytelling, and community execution.
  • Be at the forefront of customer learning, feeding insights into the wider business.

Creative Coordination & Brand Touchpoints

  • Coordinate creative assets across the business, working closely with the wider marketing and design team.
  • Support collateral production including flyers, packaging, and retail materials.
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Support the team on ensuring the website is kept up to date and product pages and editorial content are accurate, helpful and inspiring.
  • Work with our external PR and Brand and Marketing Manger to execute a strong and relevant gifting and affiliates strategy – harnessing the power of platforms such as LTK, ShopMy and Skimlinks

Events & Community

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Navygrey community and customer events and pop ups.
  • Help create meaningful, engaging brand experiences that build connection and loyalty – online and offline .
  • Contribute ideas for new community initiatives and customer engagement touchpoints.
  • Support partnerships, collaborations, and brand moments that introduce Navygrey to new customers.
  • Support at all external events and activations and pop ups – from logistics, administration to marketing and PR.

About You

  • Strategically and creatively minded, with a strong instinct for storytelling and a love for hands-on execution
  • Proactive in developing a deep understanding of the Navygrey brand, customer, and aesthetic - taking initiative to learn, observe, and refine.
  • Naturally community-focused and relationship-driven, with a genuine interest in building meaningful connections.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, particularly Instagram, and how to create content that resonates.
  • Curious about customer behaviour and motivated by insights and data.
  • Strong copywriting skills with sensitivity to tone of voice and brand nuance.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and translating direction into thoughtful execution.
  • A love of working somewhere small – a business that is ambitious but also value driven – working with some of the best makers in the world to create something different.

Bonus (but not essential):

  • Experience supporting events or community activations
  • Canva / Adobe Suite experience
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand experience

This is a full time role, based in the Navygrey Studio (Wandsworth, London) at least three days a week. We offer 25 days holiday a year + Bank Holiday. For further details about the salary, please contact us directly.
