At Navygrey, we create our jumpers in small batches to ensure both quality and to avoid excess waste.

This means that often we sell out. 

We will always put the approximate date of when we expect a jumper restock on the respective product page. We will contact you directly if there are any changes. 

If you make a pre-order, as soon as the item is with us, we will ship it out to you. 

A note on payment

For all pre-orders, we do take payment at the time you purchase a jumper (just like a usual sale), not when the item is shipped. This is because for security, we do not store any card details and therefore cannot process payment at a later date.

If you place a pre-order and then wish to have a refund before the item is shipped, please email hello@navygrey.co with your order number and will be happy to arrange this for you.
