Our summer take on the RELAXED is a little slouchier - the chunkiness of the yarn giving a slightly more oversized feel, with a roomier sleeve to allow for easy essential layering. A British summer wool/cotton hero, with our signature chunky rib neck trim and cuff, to give the knit its elevated substance and structure. For cool days and cooler evenings - a great summer knit that you'll reach for and pull over - over and over again.

WASH LESS, AIR MORE
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit, with a hand wash in a basin (step away from the machine) every now and then. Read more about washing less and airing more. We believe in it so much that we even started a club.
MANAGING PILLING
Soft fibres are liable to pill to some extent, even when it's the best wools in the world. We recommend gently removing them with this specialist fabric shaver. It really is a game changer for keeping your knits in tip top condition.

It was during a very blustery summer holiday in Cornwall a few years back that our founder Rachel kept thinking how good it would feel to pull on a cotton version of our RELAXED. All the easy elegance of our most-loved shape, but slightly less woolly.
Made in the British Isles, the ease and simplicity of this classic, subtly oversized makes this a real go-to. The chunky coolness of the organic cotton gives the jumper a slightly more masculine feel, making it a perfect-go-to for cool evenings and windswept days.
How does it differ from the original RELAXED?
The organic cotton makes the jumper slightly chunkier, slouchier feel with a finish that is smoother and a little crisper.
Equally at home dressed up or down, it has the same thicker rib neck trim and satisfying gently-gripping cuff. The arm and bicep is slightly wider, to allow for easy layering and to give a slightly cool, masculine look.
A new organic cotton & superfine wool blend
Soft yet structured, clean and cool, this jumper is made from an exquisite blend of 85% GOTs certified organic cotton and 15% softly-spun superfine Merino.
Our organic cotton is grown on farms where farmers work with rather than against nature, using natural fertilisers and about 90% less water than non-organic cotton. You can read more about why certified organic cotton is better here.
Knitted in England by a brilliant team of knitters. Hand-linked and hand-finished which means there is almost no yarn wastage at all, which is the best possible way to make the best jumpers for you.
