Hearty with a hint of heritage. A modern pullover made with 100% Real Shetland Wool. A subtly oversized fit, with dropped sleeves and a hem that drapes rather than grips.
Due to the intricate nature of the stitching, our REAL SHETLAND collection, deliveries will be split into two batches. Batch 1 have been despatched. Batch 2 will be delivered after Christmas. Batches are decided on a first come first order basis - and we'll let you know asap if you fall into Batch 2.

This piece, crafted from 100% Shetland Wool is more fibrous and edgy than our Scottish-spun wool.
So while this wool has an inherent softness, it does have a little more kick to it than our smoother Scottish-spun yarn.
It's hard to explain, but there's something very special about this brilliant hardy textured Shetland wool fibre. It feels proper, something your grandparents would have worn. And a knit of which they would heartily have approved.

WASH LESS, AIR MORE
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit, with a hand wash in a basin (step away from the machine) every now and then. Read more about washing less and airing more. We believe in it so much that we even started a club.
MANAGING PILLING
Soft fibres are liable to pill to some extent, even when it's the best wools in the world. We recommend gently removing them with this specialist fabric shaver. It really is a game changer for keeping your knits in tip top condition.
Each knit comes with its own organic cotton storage bag and is shipped in boxes made from post-consumer waste in the UK.
