The Masham Crew is our thick chunky jumper that feels like it could have been made years ago. Made from our own yarn developed in partnership with the Yorkshire Mill, Laxtons, British Wool and British farmers. Hearty with a hint of heritage, this modern pullover has an ease and slouch and is packed full of our beautiful textured wool, sourced exclusively from British farms.
An easy, slightly boxier crew neck that skims the hips and bottom. The subtle drop sleeve and single rib neck trim give the jumper a modern flattering fit, while the chunky rib cuffs give it a cool masculine finish.

This piece, crafted from our own yarn - 100% Locally-Grown British Wool is more fibrous and edgy than our Scottish-spun wool.
So while this wool has an inherent softness, it does have a little more kick to it than our smoother Scottish-spun yarn.
It's hard to explain, but there's something very special about this brilliant textured British wool fibre that has a real connection to British farmland. It feels proper, something your grandparents would have worn. And a knit of which they would heartily have approved.

WASH LESS, AIR MORE
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit, with a hand wash in a basin (step away from the machine) every now and then. Read more about washing less and airing more. We believe in it so much that we even started a club.
MANAGING PILLING
Soft fibres are liable to pill to some extent, even when it's the best wools in the world. We recommend gently removing them with this specialist fabric shaver. It really is a game changer for keeping your knits in tip top condition.
