Made from 100% wool sourced exclusively from UK farms and knitted at one of the country's foremost knitwear factories in Hawick, Scotland - this knit combines our love for British craftsmanship with our mission to create beautifully understated 'proper' knits for you. Hearty with a hint of heritage, this modern jumper is packed full of this beautiful textured British wool - giving it a compactness that is unrivalled. A real British beauty that we hope you will love.
This wool is sourced from UK farms and has a more textured, earthy and edgier feel than our smoother Scottish-spun yarn. The wool has a more fibrous quality, a bit like mohair/alpaca, which means it has a little wispy kick to it.
The wool is made up of a beautiful blend of Bluefaced Leicester sheep's wool and Masham - the latter of which adds the strength and resilience to the wool blend.
The authentic nature of the yarn means that you will notice some loose fibres springing up from time to time. This is the natural behaviour of this un-dyed yarn and to be expected.
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit. That's why we started a club. A Wash Less, Air More Club. We'd love you to join us.
Of course from time to time, you might want to hand wash your knit too. So we've also included instructions on how to do just that.

The CHUNKY FIELD is the chunkier friend of our best-selling FIELD CREW.
This design of this jumper echos the simplicity of our RELAXED and OVERSIZE jumpers. Its has an easy, slightly boxier shape that skims the hips and bottom. The subtle drop sleeve and single rib neck trim give the jumper a modern flattering fit, while the chunky rib cuffs give it a cool masculine finish.
The textured, slightly more rustic British wool has an almost alpaca/ mohair feel, giving this jumper a bit of an edge. Size up and layer over a shirt for cool weather layering, or keep it simple with a simple long sleeve top underneath.

100% British, made within a radius of 200 miles from fibre to finished jumper.
More fibrous and edgy than our Scottish-spun wool, there’s something very special about wearing this brilliant textured British wool that has a real connection to British farmland.
With wool sourced exclusively from farms here in the UK - made from a blend of Bluefaced Leicester and Masham wool, the fibre heads to the mill in Laxtons in Yorkshire. It is here that this great British mill spins the wool into yarn - from fleece to fibre in just 50 miles.
The wool then travels by road to Hawick in Scotland where it is knitted.
It is an honour to play a small part in helping to revive a real love for British wool, by creating a jumper that we believe you'll love for years to come.
