The CHEVIOT 04 - launching 08.10.24. Layer up with our sleeveless bomber-shaped rib knit vest. Substantial enough to be worn on its own, layered over a knit or slipped seamlessly under that winter coat. No fastenings, no fuss - this one is pragmatically cool - giving you that added warmth just when you need it. 

A sleeveless edge-to-edge vest, that sits just above the hips. A feminine cocooning shape.

Crafted from 100% Locally-sourced British Wool. The CHEVIOT 01 is made from Navygrey's unique British yarn blend of 30% Cheviot and 70% Blue-faced Leicester Wool.

More fibrous and edgy than our Scottish-spun wool, but there's something very special about wearing this brilliant textured British wool that has a real connection to British farmland.

Our own 100% Locally-Grown British Wool Yarn.

Sourced mainly from farms in Aberdeenshire and the Orkneys. A sheep known for it's soft, resilient and durable fleece.

70% BLUE-FACED LEICESTER
One of the finest, most distinct breeds in the UK and considered the softest wools in the British Isles.

100% YORKSHIRE SPUN & DYED
Our spinner and dyer are based in the textile heartland - Huddersfield.

£10 from every piece purchased from our Locally-Grown collections goes towards our Farmers Fund, distributed amongst those farmers that look after the breeds of sheep that have gone into creating each piece.

Less is best. Caring for 100% natural wool knitwear doesn't have to be complicated, we promise.

WASH LESS, AIR MORE
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit, with a hand wash in a basin (step away from the machine) every now and then. Read more about washing less and airing more. We believe in it so much that we even started a club.

MANAGING PILLING
Soft fibres are liable to pill to some extent, even when it's the best wools in the world. We recommend gently removing them with this specialist fabric shaver. It really is a game changer for keeping your knits in tip top condition.
