A cold weather essential
Knitted in a mid-weight 8gg, and only in one colour - but as a fair-isle to create a heavier more durable knit. Warm and chic for the days when the temperature dips.
Made from the finest 100% wool, sourced from responsibly managed sheep farms in South Africa and spun on the banks of the Loch Leven in Scotland. With a fibre diameter of c. 18.5 microns, it is one of the world's finest and softest Lambs Wools (most average 21-24 microns). Extra soft, extra warm.
The wool arrives in Scotland by boat where it is spun and dyed on the banks of loch leven in Kinross by Todd & Duncan, one of the finest Scottish Mills which has been spinning yarn for 150+ years.
The yarn is then sent to our Scottish factory where our team knit and hand-finish each glove. Due to the fully-fashioned knitting technique we employ and as we produce in small batches, there is very little yarn wastage.
