With its easy drape and a slightly wider fit - The EASY. Slightly shorter than the RELAXED and lighter than the OVERSIZE, the EASY is a jumper with a little swing in its step. With a very subtle drop sleeve, the EASY is chic, modern and well, easy. Made in England from 100% of the finest Scottish-spun Lamb’s wool.

Boxier with a slightly wider, shorter fit. With more drape than the RELAXED and lighter than the OVERSIZE.

Take your usual size for a fit as shown in the images. See the Size & Fit Guide above for more information.

This is our softest wool. It's a sweet spot of real softness with substance. Warming yet light as this knit is in a mid-weight gauge. It's the purity of the Scottish water used throughout the spinning process that makes this wool feel so smooth and soft.

Less is best. Caring for 100% natural wool knitwear doesn't have to be complicated, we promise.

WASH LESS, AIR MORE
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit, with a hand wash in a basin (step away from the machine) every now and then. Read more about washing less and airing more. We believe in it so much that we even started a club.

MANAGING PILLING
Soft fibres are liable to pill to some extent, even when it's the best wools in the world. We recommend gently removing them with this specialist fabric shaver. It really is a game changer for keeping your knits in tip top condition.

Each knit comes with its own organic cotton storage bag and is shipped in boxes made from post-consumer waste in the UK.

Modern, easy elegance

Relaxed, modern, to be lived in – every jumper we create at Navygrey is underpinned by these three core design principles, and the EASY is testament to that.

The EASY sits comfortably between all that you love about the RELAXED and the OVERSIZE. With its slightly shorter boxier wider fit, there’s an elegant swing to our new shape. It’s equally at home dressed up with skirts or paired with trusted denim – and can be French-tucked in, or simply just left to drape.

How the EASY compares to our other signature shapes

The OVERSIZE is knitted in a heavier 3gg and is longer and more oversized in its fit, whereas we’ve knitted the EASY in 5gg. The RELAXED is knitted in 7gg making it slightly lighter, but because the EASY does not have a rib hem to pull it in, the 5gg gives the EASY its beautiful shape and structure without being too heavy. The EASY is designed to be slightly shorter and boxier in the fit, with a beautiful stitch detail on the arm sleeve.

Scottish-spun wool. Made in England

The EASY is made from 100% Superfine Lamb's Wool, sourced from a special breed of sheep in South Africa.

With a fibre diameter of c. 18.5 microns, it is one of the world's finest and softest Lamb's Wools. (Most average 21-24 microns).

The wool arrives in Scotland by boat once a year where it is spun and dyed on the banks of Loch Leven in Kinross by Todd & Duncan, one of the finest Scottish Mills which has been spinning yarn for 150+ years.

85% of the dyes used by Todd & Duncan are organic and the water used for washing and dyeing the wool is cleaned and purified before being returned to Loch Leven to be used again. It is a pioneering and cyclical process that helps to protect the environment in and around the loch.

The yarn is then sent to our London factory where our team knit and hand-finish each jumper. Due to the fully-fashioned knitting technique we employ, there is very little, if any yarn wastage.
