Our best-selling SWEATSHIRT, as featured in Sunday Times STYLE

Our sell-out vintage-fit SWEATSHIRT in a fresh Ocean Blue, crafted from 100% certified organic cotton in Portugal.

Our take on the American classic. With a shrunken boxier and narrower vintage-fit, flattering raglan sleeves and a super-soft organic interior, this is the perfect sweatshirt for feeling casual yet polished. Tuck into this season's easy-fit denim, or wear layered up for a modern look that's fresh and flattering.

  • Our organic cotton sweatshirt can be washed in the machine.
  • Wash on a gentle wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble try.
  • A cool iron after washing will have them back in tip top shape.

Each order is shipped in boxes made from post-consumer waste in the UK.

The Details

Don't worry. Navygrey will always be about knitwear. It's our first love.

But sometimes, we can feel that we're after something a little crisper. Just as comfortable and relaxed of course but, well, less woolly.

There’s a faded Kodak print of my mother, holding our new puppy. It’s 1987. She’s wearing dark denim jeans with a faded sweatshirt, French-tucked in. She lived in that piece, and I thought it was the coolest thing ever. The smoothness of the cotton, the fit of the cuff. The scent of mum.

And that is where our journey began. Like everything at Navygrey, it started with a feeling. That feeling of ease, family, of home.

The Provenance

Created from 100% certified organic cotton, (including the neck and care labels), weighing in at a healthy 415 grams.

Knitted, dyed, made, and finished within a 46-mile radius in Portugal. Unbelievably, it can take more than 8,000 miles of travel to make a single sweatshirt.

Cotton and organic status can be complicated. But this is the real thing. You can read more about why certified organic cotton is better here.
