At Navygrey, we make clothing that stays with you. Built on feeling. Worn on repeat.
Founded in 2019, as a small team, we believe great products come from great people. We care deeply about quality, craftsmanship and the details that make something special.
We’re now looking for a Product & Production Assistant to join us and work closely alongside our Head of Production.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who is organised, curious and eager to learn.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across every stage of the product journey, from early development through to production, launch and ultimately getting products into customers’ hands. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
You don’t need to know everything. You just need to be excited to learn.
The Role
This isn’t a traditional design role, nor is it a purely technical production role.
Instead, you’ll play a key role in helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Working closely with our Head of Production, you’ll help coordinate the countless moving parts involved in bringing a collection to life.
One day you might be helping organise a collaboration with an artist, ensuring samples are moving between suppliers and everyone knows what’s needed next.
The next, you could be checking packaging proofs, organising photo samples for a shoot, ordering labels and swing tags, updating a critical path or letting the wider team know that new stock has arrived and is ready to launch.
You might be coordinating repairs with our specialist partners, helping organise fittings, tracking deliveries, preparing products for photography or making sure samples are exactly where they need to be.
At its heart, this role is about helping things happen. It’s about bringing order to moving parts, taking ownership and making sure no detail gets missed.
