First introduced in 2022, The Oversize has become a true Navygrey icon - much loved, much copied, never matched. Knitted here in the UK with our signature Scottish-spun wool, it’s weighty yet wearable - a jumper that holds its shape. The longer length, dropped shoulder and our distinct thicker neck trim give it that unmistakable Navygrey ease and structure. Elegant. Effortless. Cocooning. The kind of knit that always feels right.

The Style

The Feel

This is our softest wool. It's a sweet spot of real softness with substance. Warming and structured, this knit is in a chunkier-weight gauge. It's the purity of the Scottish water used throughout the spinning process that makes this wool feel so smooth and soft.

The WeightHeavy-weight

Our core 3gg heavier weight knit. This is our most dense knit. It is more substantial in thickness than our Relaxed and Easy styles, but still incredibly wearable. The compactness of the knit gives a structure without losing softness - which is what we crave from a true cold weather knit.

How to Wash & Care

Less is best. Caring for 100% natural wool knitwear doesn't have to be complicated, we promise.

WASH LESS, AIR MORE
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit, with a hand wash in a basin (step away from the machine) every now and then. Read more about washing less and airing more. We believe in it so much that we even started a club.

MANAGING PILLING
Soft fibres are liable to pill to some extent, even when it's the best wools in the world. We recommend gently removing them with this specialist fabric shaver. It really is a game changer for keeping your knits in tip top condition.
