The MASHAM 04. Layer up with our sleeveless bomber-shaped rib knit vest. Substantial enough to be worn on its own, layered over a knit or slipped seamlessly under that winter coat. No fastenings, no fuss - this one is pragmatically cool - giving you that added warmth just when you need it.

A sleeveless edge-to-edge vest that sits just above the hips. A feminine cocooning shape.

Take your usual size for a fit as shown in the images. See the Size & Fit Guide above for more information.

This piece, crafted from our own yarn - 100% Locally-Grown British Wool is more fibrous and edgy than our Scottish-spun wool.

So while this wool has an inherent softness, it does have a little more kick to it than our smoother Scottish-spun yarn.

It's hard to explain, but there's something very special about this brilliant textured British wool fibre that has a real connection to British farmland. It feels proper, something your grandparents would have worn. And a knit of which they would heartily have approved.

Slip a long sleeve t-shirt underneath, and this will keep you warm, day and night.

Less is best. Caring for 100% natural wool knitwear doesn't have to be complicated, we promise.

WASH LESS, AIR MORE
We recommend airing as the best way to look after your knit, with a hand wash in a basin (step away from the machine) every now and then. Read more about washing less and airing more. We believe in it so much that we even started a club.

MANAGING PILLING
Soft fibres are liable to pill to some extent, even when it's the best wools in the world. We recommend gently removing them with this specialist fabric shaver. It really is a game changer for keeping your knits in tip top condition.

Each knit comes with its own organic cotton storage bag and is shipped in boxes made from post-consumer waste in the UK.
